Pre Order

  • Please allow 4–8 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.

  • This timeframe begins once your order has been successfully placed.

  • While we strive to meet these estimated shipping times, unforeseen production, supplier, or carrier delays may occasionally occur.

  • If an unexpected delay happens, we will do our best to keep customers informed through email or our social media channels. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as these delays are outside of our control.

Pre Made

  • All U.S. orders are shipped within approximately 4 days.

  • International shipping times vary by country.

  • If you haven’t received an email confirmation within one week, please check your spam or promotions folder.

  • All orders have a 2–4 day production fulfillment period. This means we process and ship your order within 2–4 days. Depending on your location, delivery may take additional days on top of the fulfillment period.

 Refunds & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges UNLESS it's a mistake on our end. Please ensure you select the correct size and product before completing your order.

Shipping Provider & Address Issues

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by the shipping carrier.

  • If an incorrect or invalid address is provided, we cannot intervene.

  • If a package is returned due to an invalid address, the customer must contact us via email. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.
